Admesy colorimeters can measure at high speeds suitable to analyse display response behaviour.
Response time can be measured from black to white or from white to black of a display but it can also be measured between any arbitrary greyscale levels.
In order to perform these measurements, the display controller and the Colorimeter should be integrated in the same system so that both the display and the measurement are synchronised.

The Arges45 or Vatescan be used to measure the response time of E-readers in the same way as the Brontes device is used for emissive displays.
