All Admesy products measure using the CIE1931 XYZ standard. From this colour space other colour space coordinates can be calculated. When measuring differences between transperent materials the CIE L*a*b* space is recommended, because the colour differences are commonly expressed in dE.
Admesy instruments are very capable at measuring very small colour differences which can not be seen by the human eye. This is very usefull for process monitoring to provide an early warning systemand guarantee product quality.
